Cornstarch
I am trying to reduce my use of cornstarch. I believe that cornstarch that is made in Korea is safe. However I would not use American cornstarch because it contains GMOs. A good alternative would be to purchase arrowroot powder from iherb.com. It is more expensive than cornstarch that is my I am still using the cornstarch. We purchase our cornstarch at Emart.

Honey
Right now honey is one of our favorite items to bake with. It is cheaper than agave or maple syrup. We use it as a substitute for any recipe that calls for agave. Local close to home honey is best. We don't have the option right now. You can purchase honey at most grocery stores in Korea.

We have not found Marjoram in Korea. We purchase it from Iherb.com
Milk
We can buy cow milk at most grocery stores in Korea, including Emart and Emart Everyday. It is illegal to sell raw milk in Korea.
